This performs controlnet inference in parallel when TensorRT is used.
Adding controlnets to a live pipeline is not currently supported.
Tested
1 controlnet
2 controlnets -> ~15% FPS improvement from baseline
3 controlnets -> ~13% FPS improvement from baseline
